IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION GIVEN BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE VIEWING THE PROJECTS SELECTED FOR POSTER PRESENTATION / EXHIBITION

Dear Students, faculty members, and SPP Co-ordinators,

 

Sub: 49^th series of Student Projects Programme - State-Level Annual Poster Presentation and Exhibition: 2025 - 2026 to be held on 17 - 18 July 2026 at Adichunchanagiri University - BGS Institute of Technology, BG Nagara - 571448, Nagamangala Taluk, Mandya District.

 

Thank you for participating in the 49^th series of the Student Projects Programme activities of KSCST.

The expert team has recommended 427 projects for the State-Level Poster Presentation / Exhibition based on the mid-term evaluation of projects conducted from 6th April to 27th April 2026.

Please refer to the PDF file for the list of selected projects for the Poster Presentation / Exhibition.

Students selected for the Poster Presentation are required to present the highlights of their projects in the form of an A1-size poster and interact with the evaluators using their laptop systems. Students whose projects are selected for the Exhibition are required to demonstrate the working model of their projects.

Necessary facilities will be provided at the venue.

In connection with this, KSCST is organizing state level Annual Poster Presentation and Exhibition on 17 - 18 July 2026 at Adichunchanagiri University - BGS Institute of Technology, BG Nagara, Nagamangala Taluk, Mandya District. The respective project batches are informed to participate and exhibit their projects.

Please take note of the following information for the project batches participating in the State Level Poster Presentation and Exhibition:

• Two students from the selected project batch are eligible to avail reimbursement of travel costs (sleeper class train fare / Non-AC Bus fare) from KSCST by submitting appropriate travel tickets and documents.

• Reimbursement of travel cost will be done through NEFT transfer to their bank SB account.

• Required documents for travel cost reimbursement:

  • Original travel ticket for the onward journey

  • Photocopy of the travel ticket for the return journey

  • Photocopy of a cancelled cheque leaf or front page of the bank passbook for the amount transfer.

• Any luggage transportation charges related to project exhibits exceeding 30 Kgs will be reimbursed through online transfer with prior permission from KSCST. Kindly email knv@kscst.org.in or anjani@kscst.org.in. Ensure to submit the original luggage tax invoice / GST bill (through KSRTC / other public transport modes only). Note that payment for any other form of bills or transport claims will not be entertained.

• To avail local logistics from B. G. Nagara Railway station / Bellur Cross bus station to Adichunchanagiri University - BGS Institute of Technology, BG Nagara during the final Project Poster presentation / exhibition, please fill in the following details (The link is available in the table Sl. No. 3 below):

  • Project Proposal Reference No., College Name, Branch

  • Details of participating Students

  • Schedule of Travel etc., (i.e., date and time of arrival and departure at BG Nagara, Bellur Cross Bus Stand / Railway Station)

  • Power, water, space and other requirements for the exhibits

  • Area required for displaying your project, charts and photographs

  • Area required for model exhibits

  • Any other specific requirement in connection with Poster Presentation / Exhibition

• Kindly make sure that the posters and exhibits are set up in the stalls assigned to you well in advance, before 6.00 p.m. on the 16^th July 2026, if your exhibits require installation time.

• Note: Each college or institution is kindly requested to have either the project guide, faculty member (from the selected projects), or the SPP coordinator to participate in the event. The Travel and accommodation expenses are informed to be covered by their respective institutions.

• Students and project guides participating in the State level Poster Presentation and Exhibition will receive certificates of participation from KSCST. Additionally, outstanding projects will be recognized with the "Best Project of the Year" award, which includes a cash prize and certificate from KSCST. Moreover, the "Best Performing Institution" Award of the 49^th Series of SPP will be announced during the valedictory function on 18^th July 2026.
