National Science Day Celebration
Karnataka State Council for Science and
Technology (KSCST), with the support of National Council for Science and Technology
Communication, Department of Science and Technology, Government of
India, New Delhi and Department of Science and Technology, Government of
Karnataka is celebrating National Science Day 2025 Celebrations on
28 February 2025.
We would like to bring to your kind
information that "Empowering Indian Youth for Global Leadership in
Science and Innovation for Vikasit Bharat"
"ವಿಕಸಿತ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗತಿಕ
ನಾಯಕತ್ವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಯುವಕರನ್ನು ಸಬಲೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು" is
the theme of this year 2025 National Science Day.
The National Science Day 2025 will be celebrated by KSCST on 28 February
2025 at J. N. Tata Auditorium, Indian Institute of Science for
the benefit of High School Students. Around 750 High schools students from
Government BBMP High Schools and Government and Aided High schools in and
around Bengaluru will be participating.
KSCST is
conducting the following competitions:
On-the-spot Painting Competition
Science painting is an on-the-spot painting
competition is being organised by KSCST on 15th February 2025 at 9.30 am
at the lawn opposite to the Main Building, Indian Institute of Science. The
high school students (class 8, 9,
and 10) of Bengaluru will be participating.
To enhance the creative thinking and casting
future vision in
"Empowering Indian Youth for Global
Leadership in Science and Innovation for Vikasit Bharat"
"ವಿಕಸಿತ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ನಾಯಕತ್ವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ
ಭಾರತೀಯ ಯುವಕರನ್ನು ಸಬಲೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು"
Student will be given 120 minutes for painting on
the drawing sheet provided by KSCST at the venue.
The received paintings will be adjudging by the
experts.
To generate curiosity, spirit of inquiry and
inculcate scientific temperament among students, the following activities
are organised for high school students of Karnataka.
