Dear Students and faculty members,

Sub: 46^th series of Student Projects Programme - State Level Annual Seminar and Exhibition: 2022 - 2023 to be held on
11^th and 12^th August 2023 at Alva's Institute of Engineering and Technology, Moodubidire

We thank you for participating in 46^th series Student Project Programme activities of KSCST.

The expert's team has recommended 443 projects for State Level Seminar / Exhibition based on the mid-term evaluation of projects held from 29^th May 2023 to 24^th June 2023. Please refer the pdf file for the selected projects for Seminar / Exhibition.

In connection with this, KSCST is organizing state level Annual Seminar and Exhibition on 11^th and 12^th of August 2023 at Alva's Institute of Engineering and Technology, Moodubidire. The respective project batches are informed to participate and exhibit their projects.

Please note the following information for the project batches who are participating in the state level Seminar and Exhibition.

From each college/ institution either a faculty/ project guide (from any one selected project)/ SPP coordinator's actual travel cost (III tier AC train fare / AC Bus fare) will be reimbursed by submitting appropriate documents.
Any one student from selected project batch is eligible to avail reimbursement of travel cost (sleeper class train fare / Non-AC Bus fare) from KSCST by submitting appropriate documents.
Reimbursement of travel cost will be done through online
The following documents need to be provided for the travel cost reimbursement:
- Onward journey original travel ticket
- Return journey photocopy of travel ticket
- A photocopy of cancelled cheque leaf or front page of bank passbook to which the amount will be transferred.
Any luggage (transportation charges of project exhibits if they are very heavy to carry, on their own in a Bus / train) related to project exhibit will also be reimbursed through online transfer with prior permission from KSCST. Please email to spp@kscst.org.in. For this Original luggage Tax Invoice / bill (through KSRTC / other public transport mode only) needs to be submitted. Please note that payment for any other form of Bills or transport claim will not be entertained.
The following are the details need to be filled (The link available in the below table Sl. No. 3) to avail the logistics at Alva's Institute of Engineering and Technology, Moodubidire during final seminar/exhibition.
- Project Proposal Reference No., College Name, Branch
- Details of participating Student and Project Guide / SPP Co-ordinator
- Schedule of Travel etc., (i.e., date and time of arrival and departure at Moodubidire Bus Stand)
- Power, water, space and other requirements for the exhibits
- Area required for displaying your project, charts and photographs
- Area required for model exhibits
- Any other specific requirement in connection with Seminar / Exhibition
Kindly ensure that the exhibits are installed in the stalls allotted to you well in advance before 6.00 p.m. of 10th of August 2023 (if your exhibits require time to install).
